Coffee - From the tree to the cup.

Here is a video that will help you understand the process behind your morning cup of coffee.

Once the parchment is removed from our family coffee, the producers take it to a beneficio in San Rosa Copan, Honduras. There are then two other processes before the coffee is exported. (1) The coffee is graded. (Ours is a premium coffee) (2) We reach this higher grade because they remove any defective beans. Also we have the advantage of high altitude and other excellent growing conditions.
