A suggestion for a single cup:
I personally feel that the best coffee is made in one of those cones that are sold in most grocery stores. You use the number 2 coffee filter and place the cone over a cup then add ground coffee (my choice is a heaping tablespoon full) Then just pour the boiling water through the cone to the cup.

Our first posting
We are starting this blog various reasons:
First we really want to share information about coffee in general. In time you will be able to view postings regarding a number of coffee related themes. At present it is our hope that our importer will be able to visit our producers again this coming year. She has advised us that she plans to come with some Texas A&M agricultural students. She hopes to do so in either January or February. A basic purpose of our coffee project is the assist the growers in their efforts to improve the quality and quantity of their excellent coffee.
